QUALITY FOCUS
Clear states, secure access and reliable handoffs
01 / CHALLENGE & VISION
A premium service needs a coherent experience
Ambassador began as a premium service concept without a complete product architecture. Working with Product Managers, I defined an iPhone-first experience connecting personal financial tools, concierge requests and the team's operational workflows.
THE CHALLENGE
Bring financial tools and premium concierge services into one clear, coherent experience.
THE SERVICE MODEL
Combine a personal digital wallet, direct concierge communication and access to a network of premium service partners.
DESIGN TRADE-OFF
Balance discreet, fast access with client-defined identity checks, card permissions and financial confirmations.

02 / AUDIENCE
Understanding premium members
I studied competitors and consumer research, developing audience profiles through authorized client stakeholders because direct access to premium customers and their financial information was limited.

Essential premium
Everyday concierge

Enhanced premium
Priority lifestyle support

Private premium
Personalized lifestyle management
MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
Gold, Platinum and Ruby define different levels of concierge service, financial privileges and access limits, according to approved business policies.
ACCOUNT CONTEXTS
Personal, family and business accounts introduce distinct relationships, permissions and card-management requirements beyond membership tiers.
UX RESPONSIBILITY
Keep membership privileges distinct from account permissions, so clients can understand their cards, available actions and concierge services.

03 / MY ROLE
Product design ownership
I took ownership of UX strategy after gaps emerged during development. With Product Managers, I shaped the MVP scope, defined information architecture and made interaction decisions for card management, concierge journeys and the shared CRM. I also led prototype-based refinement, design handoff and design-related QA.
RESEARCH & PROTOTYPING
I used research and interactive prototypes to explore journeys, simulate product behavior and validate flows before final decisions and development handoff.
AI & AGENT-ASSISTED QA
AI assisted early research and documentation. A separate 2026 agent-assisted review exposed UX flow inconsistencies, which I manually checked and corrected.
COLLABORATION
Reviewed feasibility and interaction states with engineers; resolved design issues with internal and client-side QA.

04 / PRODUCT EXPERIENCE
Card management and concierge journeys
The flow maps explain the product architecture: secure access, concierge handoffs, proposal and payment decisions, and fulfilment. Exception paths and wallet controls remain explicit rather than hidden inside a single screen flow.
DESIGNED FLOWS
Access, concierge requests, proposal and payment, fulfilment, and separate wallet controls.
DESIGN INSIGHT
Show retry and rejection paths, label handoffs to concierge, and keep wallet actions separate from the booking flow.
05 / CONCIERGE CRM
One operational CRM
The desktop CRM helped authorized concierge staff organize requests, client preferences, service coordination and follow-up. It complemented the iPhone app through a shared operating workflow.
07 / OUTCOME & VALIDATION
What I delivered
The iPhone MVP and desktop CRM workflows reached implementation and multi-stage QA. I also delivered Ambassador’s visual identity and brand guidelines.

DELIVERED
Card and concierge journeys, desktop CRM workflows, information architecture, interactive prototypes, developer handoff and brand guidelines.

VALIDATION
Developer review, internal QA, joint design/QA review and client-side QA.

KEY DECISIONS
Explicit recovery states, concierge handoffs and wallet controls outside booking.

BOUNDARY
Launch and commercial impact after my departure were not independently verified.

CHALLENGE
Give a new concierge and financial service a credible identity without an established brand system.
PROCESS
Study premium physical products and their material details; explore brand associations, color and monogram construction.
DECISIONS
Use quiet contrast, restrained metallic treatments and a human-inspired symbol to connect the digital experience with the intended lifestyle context.
RESULT
The client approved the identity at the first presentation without revisions. The brand book guided the product's visual language.

06 / BRAND IDENTITY
Human-Centered Luxury
I wanted Ambassador to feel at home among the premium objects and environments familiar to its intended audience. I studied the proportions, finishes and material language of luxury furniture, accessories and tableware, then translated those cues into a restrained visual identity built around deep navy, matte gold and a human-inspired monogram.
